SHIPPING POLICY

How it Works

Our shipping policy is simple. We will dispatch your order as quickly as we can, usually within 2 working days. We will then use either Royal Mail or Hermes to offer a signed for delivery service. Once we have given the parcel to the selected courier, its safe arrival to you is now their responsibility. 

There is a flat charge of £4 for delivery. 

We also cannot guarantee how gentle the postmen and women are with our parcels. We do our best to ensure that when our sweet selections arrive at your door they looked like they did when the left, however, we cannot be held responsible for the presentation of the sweets when arriving.
